The 20km route is a safe ride, starting and finishing at Geoff King Motors Oval, on the corner of Stadium and Hogbin Drives, Coffs Harbour. The ride goes from Coffs Harbour to Sawtell then to the Lyons Road interchange and return. It is most suitable for beginner and basic level riders and riders with a disability using hand cycles.

Entries:
All entries must be done online.

Closing Time for Entry:
Entries close Friday 4th August 2017. No entries will be taken on ride day.

Registration:
Saturday 5th August between 2.00pm and 4.00pm at C.ex Coffs, Vernon Street, Coffs Harbour. Riders will receive their timing tags, helmet number and pre-ordered jerseys at registration.

This service is only offered to entries finalised before 20th July to ensure sufficient time for the tags to reach their destination. An additional cost of $10 for postage is required for this service. Please indicated this option on your entry form.

Entry Fee:
$50 per rider.

School Students:
School students ride for FREE, but must be accompanied by an adult if under 12 years of age.  Permission notes from parent/carer are required for all riders aged under 18 who are participating in this ride.

8.20am Sunday 6th August

Presentation:
Will be held at Geoff King Motors oval (cnr Stadium Drive/Hogbin Drive) at 12.30pm Sunday. All prizes are lucky ride number draws, so all riders in the 100km, 60km, 40km and 20km rides have chances to win some great prizes. Prize winners must be in attendance to secure their prizes.

Food and Drink:
A range of local vendors will provide food and drink after the ride.  This will include barbeque, coffee and cold drinks.

Massage:
Volunteer massage therapists will be on hand to provide 10 minute post ride massages.

Ride Route:
When plotting this ride it is 22.8km, not 20km
Depart Geoff King Motors rugby league field on Stadium Drive/Hogbin Drive corner and turn right onto Stadium Drive. Continue along Stadium Drive to the Hogbin Drive roundabout.
Turn right at the roundabout.
Continue along the Hogbin Drive to the Sawtell Drive roundabout – 3.5km Turn left at the roundabout and continue east to Sawtell village – 6.2km Continue through Sawtell village and over the small bridge onto Lyons Road Continue along Lyons Road to the Pacific Highway roundabout – 11.1km Complete a U turn at the roundabout and return to Sawtell bridge via Lyons Road – 16km
After crossing the Sawtell bridge adjacent to the Bowling Club, turn left in Boronia Street
Follow Boronia Street to the T intersection with 16th Avenue and turn right
Follow 16th Avenue to the T intersection with 18th Avenue and turn right
Follow 18th Avenue to the T intersection with First Avenue and turn left
Follow First Avenue through to the Hogbin Drive intersection, and turn right onto Hogbin Drive
Follow Hogbin Drive north to Stadium Drive roundabout, turn left onto Stadium Drive and then left into Geoff King Motors oval to the finish line – 22.8km
