The Coffs Coast Cycle Challenge is an initiative of the Rotary Club of Coffs Harbour City, and as such the club returns all profits from the event to local and Rotary Charities. About 120 happy volunteers across a range of roles are needed to make the event happen. We provide all volunteers with training and pre-event briefings.

Registration and Information:
Registration and information volunteers assist with event registrations, allocating bib numbers and answering participant queries. This also covers jersey distribution. Volunteers needed on both days of the Challenge.
Course marshals will be positioned in various locations along the courses. Duties will include directing and supporting participants, providing event information to participants and spectators, and notifying event control if any problems arise.
In order to run on time, and in the safest possible manner, we’re looking for volunteers to assist at the start/finish line and in and around the precinct. Other responsibilities include participant parking and officials’ liaison.
Quite simply, this is providing water (and/or fruit) and encouragement to all of the participants as they pass. There will be a number of different stations per event. This also includes helping to setup, manage, and packdown your designated aid station.
This role comes in 3 stages: before, during and after the event. Volunteers are sought to assist with setting up, managing and packdown of venues, equipment and signage.
Drivers for lead vehicles, sag wagons and support crew. Photocopy of current driver’s license required.
